Diagnostic Assessments
Diagnostic assessments are a powerful tool for developing leaders and accelerating change. The key to successfully leveraging the information provided by competency assessments lies in the feedback discussions that follow such assessments. Unfortunately, many companies spend a great deal of time and money administering diagnostic assessments, but fail to structure effective feedback meetings to link the information to relevant business plans and objectives. As a result, the potential for change offered by assessments is lost, time and money are wasted, and there is little evidence of development or change in future actions or results.
